about me
My name is Elizabeth Puccinelli, or Libby, and I am from Mequon, Wisconsin. I am currently a senior at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. I will be graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Graphics Technology with a focus in Web Programming and Design in May of 2012. I will also be graduating with a minor in Computer and Information Technology. Additionally, I am a member of Phi Sigma Theta National Honors Society.
Through my coursework, internships, and side projects, I have developed skills using HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, XML, Ajax, jQuery, JavaScript, ActionScript, Perl, HTML5, CSS3, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and C#. I am familiar with Search Engine Optimization, Google Analytics, and server administration.
Through my experiences, I have become familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe InDesign, Visual Studio, AutoCAD, and CATIA. I utilize all of these programs to enhance designing and developing the best site possible.
A little more about me! I graduated from Homestead High School in Mequon, Wisconsin. I played competitive soccer as a member of Wisconsin's FC Milwaukee National soccer team for six years. My love for sports carried over into college, as I am a member of the Purdue Women's Lacrosse team. This Spring will be my seventh semester with the team. I have also served as the team's webmaster for seven semesters.
I love all sports, I love my family, and I am a dedicated Green Bay Packer fan! I also really like to cook; I recently started a cooking blog about all of the things I make!

Purdue Women's Lacrosse
I have been a Purdue Women's Lacrosse player for seven semesters. I have also served as the webmaster for the team for seven semesters.

When I took over as webmaster, I completely redid the site (twice). I designed and developed this new version using HTML5, PHP, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Penny & Me
I designed and developed this blog-type website for my sister and her new dog, Penny.
I used HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and JavaScript to build this site.
Purdue University Grand Prix Foundation
The Purdue University Grand Prix Foundation needed their website migrated to WordPress, so that it was easily updatable.
I convertred the old Grand Prix Foundation site to WordPress, while updating the style to president's liking.

Rest Area
I designed this graphic for a Windows Phone 7 application splash screen, Rest Area.
This application allows a user to quickly locate a rest area location near their location.
I created graphics for the application using Adobe Illustrator.

This was a portfolio site that I designed and developed for a programming class.
I developed this using HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and jQuery.
work experience
This past summer, I was a Creative Services Intern at Impact Networking in Lake Forest, Illinois. I am currently working remotely for Impact Networking.
I am currently the webmaster for the Purdue Women's Lacrosse team. I developed this site using HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and JavaScript.
I have also designed logos and graphics for McCormick Technologies products. I created website backgrounds, website logos, and product logos for the company.
I am currently working as a freelance web designer and developer. I have worked with many different clients such as a property management company and a sports arena facility!
Last summer, I interned at Ogden & Company, Inc.. Some of the projects I worked on included designing logos and graphics for the company and its properties, established and maintained the company's social networking presence, created internal websites for company properties, and designed several print documents for client distribution.
